Instituto Juan Gutenberg

Instituto Juan Gutenberg, established in 1992, offers a bilingual (English/Spanish) program K-12th grade.

The English curriculum is provided by ACE ministries in Lewisville, TX and we have adapted textbooks in Spanish to fit the ACE program. The program is Christ-centered and individualized and emphasizes a mastery of the basics. Most importantly, we also stress the development of Christian character through the study of the Bible and memorization of key Scripture verses. Personal responsibility and the development of God-given abilities are central themes.

Students are motivated to strive for excellence, working as unto the Lord. 100% of our high-school grads have gone on to university.

Part of the vision for the school is that the student body be comprised of children and youth from a variety of backgrounds and socio-economic levels: orphaned, abandoned, lower class, middle and upper middle class all working together as one body.

Although some kids and many parents are unable to catch the vision, our goal is to prepare leaders who will excel in whatever their field is and boldly represent Christ's Kingdom wherever they are, ignoring the barrier between the secular and the spiritual. This, we believe, is how the world gets changed.
